We're protecting humanity's relevance
An incorporated event and consultancy service designing experiences at the intersection of growth, healing, leadership & technology.
events • consultancy • eight experiences • twenty-two possibilities
We’ve optimised ourselves to death.
The growth industry became a maze.
The healing space became crowded.
Leadership became noisier pulling towards content, branding, and influencer dynamics.
And we lost connection
to the land, to our ancestors, and to what it means to create a future worth inheriting.
More tools.
Less rhythm.
We didn’t mean to erase humanity.
But we did.
ANCHORING HUMANITY
Creating a future worth inheriting
Securing the human line in an accelerating world.
We help you rethink rethink
belonging • meaning • purpose • why • vision
A single-point vision can end up as a plaque on a wall — inspiring, but easy to outgrow. We noticed that, and it pushed us to build a different kind of vision: one that you refuse to sacrifice when everything changes.
We help you rebuild rebuild
people • ethics • products • services • revenue
We draw on four modalities
that span multiple timelines and orientations
We help you relax relax
Humans are complex and leadership can get messy.
Safety settles the nervous system.
Unpredictability breaks the pattern.
Change needs both.
So our ecosystem is methodical and random:
The Living Forces and Guided Unpredictability as the catalyst.
I'm NAVA. I work for the tender leaders of 2087 because every shortcut we take today becomes the waterline they have to live in.

We go Beyond 'Why'
NAVA's story
Since a cancer diagnosis in 2014, four operations, and 12 diagnoses later — NAVA learned that clean living doesn’t guarantee health.
After homelessness, instability, and devastating breaches of trust, she has an unshakable ability and staying power that doesn’t sacrifice health.
The answers were found in and on the land. For the past seven years she’s sat with the the Original Peoples from many lands.
She’s taught thousands of accomplished dancers, is ranked in Airbnb’s top 1%, and holds UTS Gold Awards for Event Design and Event Creation. Now at 54, she relies on rhythm alone — the force moving within and around her — as her metronome
Bio
NAVA has a rare intellect giving her the capacity to hold multiple patterns spanning genres, decades, demographics, sociographics and viewpoints.
Her career as an award winning choreographer expands her capacity to see the links between relationships, themes, nuances, scientific facts, historical moments, behavioural responses, popular culture and more.
She harvests the common thread between the layers, and reveals information that finally makes sense. It is the method in her randomness that sets this practice apart from the rest.
Street Cred
Since 2023, NAVA’s professional development has expanded well beyond room-based training. Her practice now includes travel-led quests that deepen her connection to land, lineage, and ancestors, extending her systemic work into lived, place-based experience across Portugal; New Zealand (Tauranga, Rotorua, Wellington); the United States (Los Angeles, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico); Australia (Alice Springs, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland); and Spain (Barcelona).

Transformation vs Metabolizing
Transformation often implies a goal-oriented shift — a movement from one state to a better or more advanced state.
In psychological, coaching, and wellness contexts, it’s frequently associated with improvement, optimization, or becoming “the best version of yourself.”
It’s future-focused.
It tends to carry implicit judgment: what you are now is not enough.
Metabolizing, by contrast, is process-oriented.
It refers to your system’s ability to break down, absorb, reassign, or release what you’ve taken in — emotionally, relationally, historically.
In somatic and systemic work, it’s a slower, deeper function of integration.
Metabolizing doesn’t ask you to become something else.
It asks you to stay with what is here long enough for it to change form —
not by force, but by digestion.
If transformation is about arrival,
metabolizing is about assimilation.
One alters the surface.
The other changes your internal relationship to what was once too much.
Why linear growth models fall short
Change doesn’t happen one layer at a time.
It happens when all the layers speak at once
1. Trauma as Multi-Systemic (Van der Kolk, 2014)
“Trauma results in a fundamental reorganization of the way mind and body manage perceptions… It changes not only how we think and what we think about, but also our very capacity to think.”
→ Emphasizes simultaneous regulation of body, memory, and social connection, not sequential processing.
Book: The Body Keeps the Score.
Author: Bessel van der Kolk
2. Systemic Constellations and Whole-System Revelation (Hellinger et al., 1998)
“It is not the individual alone who carries the wound, but the system. The system seeks resolution as a whole.”
→ Solutions emerge through revealing multiple truths in the same space—not linear unpacking.
Book: Love’s Hidden Symmetry: What Makes Love Work in Relationships
Authors: Bert Hellinger, Gunthard Weber, Hunter Beaumont
3. Third-Generation Coaching (Stelter, 2014)
“Meaning is not discovered through problem-solving; it is co-created in dialogue. It is multidimensional.”
→ Advocates coaching as an existential, narrative, and embodied process—not layer-by-layer diagnosis.
Book: A Guide to Third Generation Coaching
Author: Reinhard Stelter
4. Choreographic Complexity (Deborah Hay, Anna Halprin)
“The body is a site of multiplicity. Change happens through complexity, not clarity.”
→ Their methods invoke layered awareness—time, space, motif, sensation—all at once.
