Founded in 2019

Melano emerged from the recognition that meaning, purpose, vision, family, and community were not always enough to hold or restore a life after profound rupture. This exposed deeper limitations within the healing industry, and across post-traumatic growth, leadership, and wellness spaces.

From this came Timeless Vision:

a way of seeing that holds past, present, and what is emerging at once. It remains the orientation that shapes the company and the work across its brands.

Since 2023

NAVA’s professional development has extended beyond room-based training into travel-led quests that deepen her relationship with land, lineage, and ancestors. These journeys have expanded her systemic practice into lived, place-based experience across Portugal, New Zealand, the United States, Australia, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Her earlier professional training

reflects a sustained commitment to understanding people, systems, leadership, and transformation. Beginning with foundations in Dance and Drama, Creative Direction, and Event Design and Production, she later deepened her qualifications through leadership coaching, business studies, and behavioural profiling. This was before cancer, relational loss, suicidality, and profound personal rupture.

Today

her work is devoted exclusively to family and systemic constellations, and to the phenomenological practices that shape and inform the field, including formal and informal study with international teachers in constellations.

She held Professional Certified Coach status with the International Coaching Federation from 2011 to 2026, and is a member of both ISCA and ICF.

NAVA founded Melano International in 2019, five years after a cancer diagnosis and seven years of personal rupture: homelessness, family exile, heartbreak, breakdown, financial ruin, and twelve co-morbid conditions.

The shock was not only what happened. It was that belonging, meaning, why, community, purpose, and vision — everything she had trusted — could not hold her.

So she built Timeless Vision — the only thing that could anchor her to humanity when she wanted to let go.
